Dear fellow MUN Directors and Delegates…
In such a dynamic world it is important that we inculcate the values of respect, love, friendship and universal brotherhood in the citizens of tomorrow. By doing so, we not only secure a brighter future of them, but also a brighter future for the entire human race.
And what better way to do that, than a simulation of the organization that embodies these values in all of its work – United Nations.
It is my privilege to welcome you to this session of DXBMUN.
DXBMUN is a student-run conference that aims at inculcating the United Nations Core Values of integrity, professionalism and respect for diversity.
For three days, students will get a first-hand taste of what it takes to represent a member nation at the ‘World Government’, write resolutions and negotiate issues ranging from resettlement and diminution of environmental migrants, legality and consequences of war to establishment of peace and stability in the Korean peninsula and much more.
Join us in a city that boasts of a vibrant history and a glamourous future to experience Model United Nations like never before and walk back home with experiences and friendships to be treasured a lifetime.
We look forward to extending our hospitality to you in April 2017.
